Motion Church is a non-denominational Christian church, which means we're not defined by a denomination — we're defined by the Bible. Our beliefs are historic, orthodox, and centered on Jesus.

We believe the Bible is the inspired, trustworthy Word of God — our final authority for what we believe and how we live. It's not a book about people looking for God; it's the story of a God who came looking for us.

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is the Creator of everything, perfectly holy, perfectly loving, and personally involved in His creation.

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God — fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross in our place, rose bodily from the grave, and is alive today. He is the center of everything we do.

We believe the Holy Spirit lives in every believer — convicting, comforting, empowering, and transforming us to look more like Jesus. The Christian life was never meant to be lived on willpower.

We believe salvation is a gift — received by grace through faith in Jesus, not earned by effort, religion, or being good enough. Anyone, from any past, can be made new in Christ.

We believe the church is not a building — it's the people of God on the move together. Every believer belongs in a local church family, using their gifts to serve one another and reach their city.

We practice believer's baptism by immersion as a public declaration of a personal faith, and we take communion regularly to remember the body and blood of Jesus given for us.

We believe Jesus is coming back. History is moving somewhere — toward the return of Christ, the resurrection of the dead, and a renewed creation where God makes all things new.
